This site only accepts Old Mutual Oracle (R12) Budget Centres. Old Mutual staff using a validated Balance Centre will need to provide
the following:
- Budget Centre – this is the 8 digit number (eg. 10000000)
- The two numbers need to be linked and only used by staff members that have permission to procure using the Budget Centre.
- Note that courier costs will be billed separately to the same Budget Centre.

Delivered within 5 -7 business days once your order has been placed and approved to anywhere in South Africa.
Shipping:
Our shipping rates are at the lowest possible cost to you. They have been set at Economy (within a 4 day delivery in SA) and include packaging and
distribution from our depot to your door. Our rates start at R56.00 for the first 10kg and then R3 per additional 1kg up to 100kg where then excess will run at a
rate of R5 per kg. The online order process will calculate the best rate for your order based on weight and volume thereafter. All orders will be tracked and insured against damage or loss before delivery. Package will only be delivered to the consignee unless ‘special instructions’ are given in advance. We cannot
guarantee against damage or loss once the package has been received and signed for by the consignee. We recommend opening and checking your
package before signing to ensure the delivery matches your original order.
NOTE: PERSONAL ORDERS ADDRESSED TO AN OLD MUTUAL ADDRESS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO FREE DELIVERY. OLD MUTUAL IS NOT LIABLE
FOR COURIER CHARGES ON ANY ORDER OTHER THAN THOSE PLACED USING AN INTERNAL ORACLE COST- CENTRE.
